The spray tanning process will take approximately 15 minutes. You will be guided to move your body and hold it in different positions to avoid skin to skin contact and ensure even coverage. After spraying, you should avoid skin touching skin, getting wet, bathing or sweating until your prescribed rinse time. The cosmetic bronzers will remain on the skin during the marinating phase. When you shower, the cosmetic bronzers will rinse off to reveal the developed tan beneath which will slowly take place over the next 24 hours. I hereby hold Sans Soleil LLC harmless with regard to any and all claims including but not limited to any damages due to my decision not to use FDA recommended protective wear; damages to any fabrics that come into contact with the solution; lost, stolen or damaged personal property.*

I do not have any medical conditions that would prohibit me from spray tanning. If I have asthma, respiratory issues, are pregnant or nursing, I have consulted with my physician to determine if spray tanning is right for me. It is my sole responsibility to notify Sans Soleil LLC about any changes in medical conditions. Sans Soleil LLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone. I understand that I am tanning at my own risk.*

I do not have any allergies and I have informed my spray tan technician of any allergies I have (including but not limited to cosmetic ingredients, nuts, dyes.) I have requested an ingredients list (text 908-913-0230) prior to my appointment to address my concerns. It is my sole responsibility to notify Sans Soleil LLC about any changes in allergic reactions. I have been advised to discontinue use if any reaction occurs and I understand that I am tanning at my own risk.*

All ingredients in spay tan solutions are intended for cosmetic use. There are occasions where individuals may be allergic to one or more ingredients. There is no way for your spray tan technician to know how your body will react. Sans Soleil LLC is not responsible for any reactions or illness resulting from your tanning session.*

Sans Soleil LLC is providing this service solely based upon the honest and accurate information I have provided on this waiver. Sans Soleil LLC has my permission to seek medical attention on my behalf and at my expense if necessary.*

Some medications, body cycles, colds/viruses, surgeries and products including, but not limited to, birth control pills, hormone replacement, menstrual cycles, pregnancy, antibiotics, bandage adhesives, topical ointments, anti-aging serums and skin care products may alter the affects of my spray tan. I understand there is a chance my skin may not react favorably to spray tanning.*

Sunburn Warning – Spray tan solutions do not contain sunscreen and do not protect against the damages of ultraviolet light. Sans Soleil LLC does not recommend tanning over sun burnt skin that is peeling or could peel because it can create less than ideal spray tan results. I understand Sans Soliel LLC reserves the right to refuse my service if I have a sunburn.*

All clients must schedule a trial tan. Sans Soleil LLC does NOT advise getting a spray tan for the first time when my appearance is critical; (including but not limited to wedding, special occasion, prom, photoshoot, vacation, etc.) Sans Soleil LLC is not responsible for any dissatisfaction resulting from my decision not to have a trial session.*

Your sunless spray tan will last approximately 5-10 days. Since everyone’s skin tans differently, Sans Soleil LLC makes no warranties as to how light or dark your tan will develop or how long your spray tan will last. If longevity of results is a priority, please ask your spray tan specialist to recommend spray tan friendly products to maximize your sunless tanning results.*

If I am not satisfied with the results of my spray tanning session, I must contact Sans Soleil LLC within 24 hours. My complaint will be accompanied by an explanation and photographs so that my concerns can be properly assessed in a timely manner.*

For mobile clients, Sans Soleil LLC will not enter your property if pets are loose. Pets should be secured in a kennel, in a separate room or outside (away from the technicians entrance) prior to arrival so services can begin/end on time. Please acknowledge even if your appointment is not mobile.*

By booking an appointment with Sans Soleil LLC, I agree to the cancellation and expiration policy (including but not limited to services scheduled using prepaid packages and gift cards/certificates.) Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before the start time of the appointment or I will be charged 100% of the full service fee. No exceptions.*
