Communication & Support
Access support via our Help Desk. We can’t guarantee we’ll see your message otherwise.
Custom work and extra support
Included in your plan is four (4) hours of support during your first month and two (2) hours of support each month thereafter, not including questions and communication. If you need additional support beyond these hours, we’re happy to help you at a rate of $75/hour.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your plan you will need to provide a 30-day notice and you will be responsible for any payments during that time or any outstanding bills. Your site will no longer be live after your 30-day notice.
Holds
We can pause your site launch date and/or recurring payments for up to 30 days. Your site will not be visible during a hold. After the 30-day hold period your recurring payments will re-start.
Copyright
You own and retain any data, copy, images, or files that you provide for your website. We own and will retain anything that we provide. If you cancel your plan and take any images, web copy, or any other files that were provided by 321Go you will be in violation of this copyright.
