Showcases will be scheduled within the conference along with all other sessions on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum time for each showcase is 45 minutes. Unfortunately, no equipment can be stored in the Showcase rooms prior to or following the use of the room. The FSMTA Executive Committee reserves the right to assign a day and time based on content so as to not compete with similar Showcase sessions. All Showcasing firms will be responsible for the expense of any special equipment unique to the session (audio-visual, computers, etc.).
