2020 FSMTA CONFERENCE PROSPECTUS
This is the FSMTA’s Exhibitors’ Prospectus for the 2020 FSMTA Conference to be held online October 23-31. All contracts must be accompanied by a 50% deposit of exhibit fees. Balance due must be paid within 10 days of notification of your company’s space assignment.
The Online Exhibit webpage fee is $315. Exhibitors are responsible for sending their webpage content directly to Adam Ravain at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send all supporting materials by the application deadline.
Exhibits will be visible from Friday, October 23, 2020 at 12:00 A. M. until Saturday, October 31, 2020 at 11:59 P.M.
All sessions are pre-recorded, and videos must be submitted as mp4 files.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to October 1, 2020. All monies less a $50.00 service charge will be refunded if notification is received on or before October 1, 2020.
Cancellations received after October 1, will obligate the exhibitor to full payment of the exhibitor space. No refunds will be made after this date.

Exhibitor Showcases are 50-minute presentations of a commercial nature that are ideal for the introduction of musical products and services including instruments, publications, textbooks, software, recordings, and other materials or equipment of benefit to music teachers.
Showcases are complimentary for our exhibitors but offered on a first come/ first served basis.
The FSMTA Exhibitors Committee will have the final approval of all Showcase assignments.
Exhibitors are responsible for the appearance of their presentation locations as well as the acquisition of and expenses associated with their musical instruments and support equipment.
FSMTA CONFERENCE PROGRAM BOOK AND PAGE ON THE CONFERENCE WEBSITE
Highlight your involvement in the FSMTA Exhibit Hall in the FSMTA Conference Program Book and on the Exhibitors Page on the Conference. A DISPLAY AD is certain to increase awareness of your exhibit and draw additional traffic to your Booth.
The FSMTA Conference Program Book and the Exhibitors Page on the Conference Website serve as the guidelines for all Conference activities. Both the Conference Program Book and the Exhibitors Page on the Conference Website are available to all Conference registrants from October 23 at 12:00 a.m. until October 31 at 11:59 p.m. The Conference Program Book with active links to the Exhibitors materials and videos will be stored on the FSMTA in the Conference archives which may be referred to year-round by FSMTA members as well as the general public.
The FSMTA does not do sponsored emails. However, exhibitors are allowed to collect email addresses from members who register with them directly.
