Dear Exhibitor,
Enclosed, please find the FSMTA’s Exhibitors’ Prospectus for the 2026 FSMTA Conference to be held October 17-18, 2026 in Tallahassee. The exhibit space fee is $200. Exhibitors may also choose a bundled option for $315, which includes both an exhibit space and a quarter-page advertisement in the conference program. Exhibit space includes the following standard equipment:
- One 6’ skirted table with two chairs
- One Identification Sign
- Access to electrical outlet for computer hookup
- Free Wi-Fi service
- Page on the www.fmta.org website
SET-UP AND DISMANTLE
Exhibit set-up begins at 7:00am on Saturday, October 17.
Exhibitors must have an Exhibitor Badge in order to enter the Conference Room. These badges will be available at the Conference Registration Desk.
Exhibits may not be dismantled, nor may the exhibitor do any packing until the closing of the exhibit area on Saturday, October 17 at 4:30pm.
SECURITY
Exhibit material is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor and should be insured by the exhibitor against loss or damage. Exhibitors will only be permitted in the Conference Room during designated times and must have an Exhibitor Badge for admittance.

- 7:00am on Saturday, October 17
EXHIBIT HOURS
- Saturday, October 17 from 8:30am to 4:00pm
EXHIBIT DISMANTLE
- Saturday, October 17 at 4:30pm.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to June 30, 2026. All monies less a $50.00 service charge will be refunded if notification is received on or before June 29, 2026. Cancellations received after June 29 will obligate the exhibitor to full payment of the exhibitor space. No refunds will be made after this date.
Failure to occupy the space does not release the exhibitor from the obligation to pay full cost of the exhibit space rental. If the space is not occupied by 8:00 AM Saturday, October 17, 2026, FSMTA shall have the right to use such space as it sees fit.
