- payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. In cases of cancelled event, payment can be converted to credit and can be used for a different order. A change order fee will be charged.

- For orders that require edible prints, please expect some slight changes in color quality from your actual photo. We use edible wafer paper.

- READY SWEET GO AND CHOSEN COURIER WONT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ON THE PRODUCT WHILE IN TRANSIT.
- EVENT VENUE DELIVERY is strictly for event venue/hall/restaurants only. For home deliveries, please book for your own pickup.
- For cakes and cupcakes, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAR PICKUP. Cookies are okay for motorcycle pickup.
