Club Time: Every 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturday from Sept 26, 2020 to June 26, 2021
Cubbies (Age 3 - 5): 7:30 - 8:30pm
Sparks (Kindergarten - Grade 2): 7:30 - 8:30pm
T&T (Grade 3 - 6): 7:30 - 9:00pm

COMPLETE ALL 4 STEPS BELOW to be FULLY REGISTERED.

1. Complete this online registration form

2. E-transfer to Burnaby Pacific Grace Church and under memo, include your name and designate "Awana", Instructions Here

3. Send bpgcawana@gmail.com with a copy of the proof of payment
a) Email Subject: Awana Registration Payment for [Child(ren)'s first & last name(s)]
b) Email Content: Show proof of payment via screenshot or in words indicating paid amount and confirmation code.

4. Sign the Virtual Programming Consent for any Online Platform

*Each child in the family must submit an individual registration and Consent forms, but payment can be done together.
