Baptism Preparation Class Registration

The Baptismal Preparation Class is offered in English at Holy Family Church. Pre-registration IS NECESSARY for the class; please register using the form below. Both parents are strongly encouraged to attend, godparents are also welcome. Please bring any questions that you may have to class, you do not need to bring any paperwork with you. *If your child is over the age of 7, please contact Sabina Carter (scarter@hffdl.org or 921-0580 ext. 501) for more information before signing up for class.

Part of the requirement for Baptism class is to make an appointment to talk with Fr. Patrick Behling (frbehling@hffdl.org | 920-921-0580 ext. 604) Fr. Kevin Durand (frdurand@hffdl.org | ext. 602), or Fr. Matthew Kirk (frkirk@hffdl.org | ext. 603).This should be completed after you have attended the class, but three weeks prior to the Baptism. If you do not speak with the priest, you have not completed baptism preparation.*

If your plans change, and you cannot make the class that you signed up for, it is REQUIRED that you contact Sabina Carter at scarter@hffdl.org or 920-921-0580 ext. 501 to let her know before noon on the day of your class. Registration closes at noon, the Friday before the class. If no one is registered at noon, on the Friday before, the class will be canceled, so the volunteer instructor can be informed.
