REFUNDABLE CLEANING DEPOSIT: The customer acknowledges that a refundable cleaning deposit of $300 is required for weekend events or an amount equivalent to 1 week's rental fee for longer-term rentals at the time of booking to secure the rental. Customer further acknowledges and accepts that a cleaning charge up to $500 will be assessed for a restroom trailer being returned in a state that is considered above and beyond normal cleaning (i.e. vomit, urine/etc, trash on floors, counters or walls) *

PLACEMENT. I understand that VannGo will not be responsible for damage done to roadways/driveway surfaces, culverts, etc., due to its equipment traveling on customer property for delivery, pick up and/or service. I further understand that VannGo will not be responsible for damage done to roads, road surfaces, culverts, etc., on property or easements leading to or from the location at which the delivery/pickup/service is performed.*

**Setup and Removal**

VannGo will arrange a mutually agreeable time for both delivery and removal. If there are delays in setup or removal not caused by VannGo, a fee of $75 will be charged for each 30-minute increment per delivery/pick up truck.

To minimize potential delays, a layout map for all equipment must be provided at least 24 hours before delivery.
