With the following online forms, you can provide all required information for the activation of your listing in about 15-20 minutes. From there we will activate your listing within one business day, though we often have listings up and running within hours.

The fastest and easiest way to set up your listing is by using the online forms here.

Upon submitting a form, you will be directed automatically to the next form in the order specified below. You may choose to complete the forms in any order.

Additional instructions are included within each step.

To proceed, click on the link under "Property Information Forms" which best describes your property.

We understand that your strategy in listing with us is likely one with limited agent involvement, and we respect that.

North Carolina real estate law requires that this informational brochure be distributed and reviewed. The Working with Real Estate Agents brochure addresses the various types of agency relationships, explains various services agents can provide, and helps to explain how agents are paid.

These forms are not required immediately to list, but provided here for your convenience:

"The Residential Property Disclosure Act requires owners of residential real estate (single-family homes, individual condominiums, townhouses, and the like, and buildlings with up to four dwelling units) to furnish buyers a Residential Property and Owners' Association Disclosure Statement [and Mineral, Oil, and Gas Rights form]."
