Troop Cookie Manager Responsibility Form

Each troop cookie manager must read and acknowledge understanding of their role requirements and responsibilities prior to participating in the 2026 Girl Scout Cookie Program, including cookie booths. You will be asked to provide your Community Cookie Product Leader or Community Leader’s  email address to notify them of completion. Forms need to be completed by February 1, 2026.
