Please fill out this form to aid in scheduling the septic inspection. Fill out a separate form for each system at the property.

All items must be provided to our office by 3pm the day prior to the inspection in order to avoid rescheduling.

The inspection type determines availibility. Any changes to the inspection type may require rescheduling. Changes to inspection type may not be made after our arrival

If you some items below are unknown, you may fill out what you know at this time and provide the rest to our office at 210-698-2000 or courtney@vdwws.com ASAP.

We are not able schedule through the Centralized Showing Service. Please make arrangements for access to the property during our appointment, and ensure pets and animals are secured away from the septic sysem during the inspection.

The septic tankis usually installed during the house construction; therefore, the tank is installed before improvements are made to the property. Since the tank should be pumped and cleaned on a regular basis, it is important that there are no obstructions that prevent a maintenance company for access the septic tank. There should be no sprinkler lines, electrical lines, cable lines, etc. in the vicinity of the tank. There should be no landscaping, shrubbery, flowerbeds, trees, gardens, etc. over the tank. Decks, patios, pool patios, room additions, storage units, houses, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, etc. should not be built over any portion of the system.
