Please fill out the following information prior to your child's first time attending. This helps us to make sure that we have all the details we need to properly care for them, and to reach you as their parent/guardian if needed. It will also allow you to properly check-in your child/student for our regular events such as Sunday morning classes and weeknight youth events, as well as sign them up for special events!

Willingdon Church will keep your information on file for our own programming/ministry use, but we promise not to share it with others or to send you spam! Each Adult over 19+ must create their own Willingdon Church Planning Center profile. Unfortunately, a spouse cannot consent on behalf of another person to allow their information to be used at Willingdon.

Creating their own profile is particularly important if each person in your household donate or participate in different types of groups at Willingdon Church.

For spouses, we can link your spouse's records to your profile and add them to the household if their profile exists. We will need three pieces of identifying information to link their record: full name, phone number, address and/or email address.

New Mobile Pass for families
You have the option to use our mobile pass for checking in your children to our Children's Ministry Sunday morning classes. This is for children age 0 to Gr. 5.

If you select yes, we can email you the mobile pass which you can then download to your phone to use for checking in.

This can help the check-in process go a lot quicker on Sunday mornings.
