    If you will have 5 Honors courses - LOOK FOR ANOTHER FORM -The Honors Scholar/Transfer Agreements FORM. 

    DO NOT SUBMIT this form ahead of time, because this form is also your exit form, an you will be removed from the Program at the end of the semester in which you complete this application.

    You will use the fields below to indicate those courses where you have successfully completed with a grade of B or higher. Please use a separate field for each course. You do not need to complete all fields, just as many as courses you have completed.

  • If you have 5 Honors Courses completed you should not be submitting this form, you should be submitting the LPC Request for Honors Scholar/Transfer Agreements Certifications. 

  • Honors Courses Still in Progress

    Please use the fields below to indicate any courses you have in progress right now. Only include courses you are certain to complete as Honors and with a grade of A or B.

    The Las Positas College Honors Transfer Program and many of our transfer institutions set a GPA cutoff at 3.5 for Honors Scholars. Please submit the following GPA information below.
