  • Cancellation

    I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of $60 for fills, $90 for full sets and $40 for lash lift & tint. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting my time—your support truly means a lot to my small business. ✨
  • Refund & Services

    Refunds are not offered on services. If you have any concerns following your appointment, please reach out within 3 days so we can discuss them together. A complimentary 30-minute adjustment appointment will be provided if needed. After 72 hours, any additional adjustments or services will be charged at full price. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting my small business—it is genuinely appreciated. ✨
  • Booking & Payment


    Appointments can be viewed and reserved through our Online Booking System.

     We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay in studio.

  • Late Arrival

    I understand that delays can happen, and I will always do my best to accommodate late arrivals when possible. However, your appointment will still need to end at the originally scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply. There is a 15-minute grace period. After this time, it becomes increasingly difficult to achieve the best possible results within the remaining appointment time. If I am unable to proceed with your service, your appointment may need to be cancelled and the cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting both my time and the quality of your results—it is truly appreciated. ✨
  • Aftercare & Maintenance 

    Aftercare is essential for maintaining the health of your natural lashes, the longevity and condition of your extensions, and for helping to prevent any potential infections.

     It is important that you follow all aftercare instructions provided by The Lash Room, and that you take responsibility for the ongoing care of your lash extensions. Please ensure you read and familiarize yourself with the Aftercare Guide provided.

     Fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh. Any appointment booked beyond 4 weeks will be considered a full set.

     Please note: fills are best suited for when you have approximately 50% of your extensions remaining. If you have less than 40% left at the time of your appointment, it may be considered a full set due to the additional time and product required to restore your lashes to full coverage.

  • How to prepare for your appointment

  • To help ensure the best possible results and a smooth, comfortable experience, please take a moment to review the following:

     


    • Complete our Client Intake & Consent Form prior to your appointment
    • Remove contact lenses before arriving
    • Arrive with all eye makeup fully removed
    • Avoid caffeine for a few hours beforehand, as it can increase eye movement and make it harder to remain still during your service
    • Wear comfortable clothing so you can fully relax during your appointment
    • Feel free to unwind—you’re welcome to request your favourite music or podcast, or bring your own headphones if that makes you more comfortable
    • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment
