  • Please complete and submit this form to request deprovisioning of technology assets (apps [software], cloud services, data/files, and/or computers/printers) for ONE user. To deprovision assets for multiple users, you will need to submit a request form for each user. To add assets, please submit a Technology Provisioning Request form. For optimal service, please provide as much information as possible. You may save this form, and then complete and submit it later, by selecting the "Save and Continue Later" button in the Submit section below.

    • Please ensure that you select ALL of the user's assets for removal. Please contact RYSER if you wish to confirm which assets have been provisioned for the user.

    • Email

    • The user will lose all access to their work email.

    • Please choose whether to leave the user's primary email address and alias(es) (if they had any) assigned to their mailbox, re-assign them to another user, or delete them.

    • Emails sent to the user's primary email address will continue to be delivered to their mailbox

    • An "operator" (think telephone operator) has been specifically setup for receiving email addressed to former staff


    • Anyone who sends an email to the user's primary email address will receive an "Undeliverable" (bounce back) message stating that the 'recipient's email address doesn't exist'.

    • Emails sent to the user's alias(es) will continue to be delivered to their mailbox

    • An "operator" (think telephone operator) has been specifically setup for receiving email addressed to former staff


    • Anyone who sends an email to the user's alias(es) will receive an "Undeliverable" (bounce back) message stating that the 'recipient's email address doesn't exist'.

    • We will delete the user's mailbox, including all of their emails, contacts, and calendar events.

    • RYSER recommend you choose to re-assign the user's mailbox to either yourself or another user so that you can then copy/move any required data from the user's mailbox. Alternatively, we can backup the user's mailbox for you.

    • RYSER will send a download link to the email address provided above.
    • You will have approximately 30 days to request the restoration of the user's mailbox, after which access to any of the data from the mailbox will be impossible.

    • The user will lose all access to their work files.
    • We will delete the user's cloud drive, including any files stored there.
    • We recommend you choose to re-assign the user's files to either yourself or another user so that you can then copy/move any required data. Alternatively, we can backup the user's files for you.
    • RYSER will send a download link to the email address provided above.
    • You will have approximately 30 days to request the restoration of the user's files, after which access to any of the user's individual files will be impossible.

    • RYSER Unify

    • Once the user's network account is removed, any devices that are connected using this account will lose network and internet access.

    • Apps 
      • If you wish to downgrade a user's subscription(s), then please submit this form with the user's current subscription(s) selected and then submit a Technology Provisioning Request form with the new (downgrade) subscription(s) selected.
    • Adobe

    • Depending on your selection, any files that the user has stored in Adobe Cloud may be lost. If your selection below will result in the removal of the user's Adobe Cloud service and if the user is storing any important files in Adobe Cloud then please ensure you have a backup of the user's files prior to submitting this form.

      • Depending on your selection, RYSER will disable the user's account on, and/or collect and store, the computer(s) specified below.
        RYSER may require remote and/or local access to the computer(s) for deprovisioning.

    • RYSER will copy the user's data to a folder on the Desktop of the computer's administrator account.

    • RYSER will send a download link to the email address provided above.
    • RYSER will delete the user's data from the computer. We will not be able to recover this data should it be needed in the future. Please ensure that you have taken a backup of any required data!

      • We will plan to deprovision the selected assets on the specified date, at the specified time, or after (ASAP).
      • Depending on your selection(s) above, RYSER may require remote and/or local access to computer(s) for deprovisioning.
      • RYSER will inform you (requester) and/or the current user(s) of applicable computer(s), before attempting remote and/or local access.
