What to expect
As the applicant, completing this application is a step in the process to acquiring a puppy from Cedar Doodles. Submission of this form does not guarantee the applicant a puppy from this litter or , future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.

APPROVAL AND DEPOSIT:

Cedar Doodles will personally review adoption forms within 2 business days of receipt. Applications are processed in the order they are received. Once application has been read and reviewed, you will be contacted via email, text or phone call, and any further questions you may have will be answered.

If it is determined that a puppy from Cedar Doodles would be a good fit for your home , you will be able to make a deposit to reserve your puppy. Deposit is $250 and is non-refundable.

Please make this deposit within 24 hours of the approval.

YOUR PICK OF PUPPY:

-Puppies are picked in order of deposits received.
- Puppy picking will take place between week 3-4.This allows for us to have a better idea of the puppies coats, temperaments, and dispositions.
-Once deposit is placed your are committed to purchasing your puppy.

GOING HOME:

Puppies must be picked up within 2 days of go home date.
We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. This is vital for your puppies health and well being and this is the ideal time for them to bond with their new owner, home and environment.

We understand there are some extenuating circumstances that can arise . If you are unable to pick up your puppy within 2 days we can board your puppy and continue their training for up to one week. Our boarding fee is $50/day. We will do our best to work with you.

CONTRACT:

We do require a puppy contract, and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. We believe that this helps ensure that the needs of both parties are understood prior to coming home. Our goal is for a happy healthy puppy and a good experience for both of you.

SPAY/NEUTER: We require spay/neuter at or before 18 months. Puppies are sold to pet homes only.

Size: We are not able to give exact size of puppies. Puppies size is estimated based on size of Sire & Dam, and puppies from previous litters. We cannot give exact measurements as genetic play different roles, in size of puppies. We do our best to ensure that our estimates are as accurate as possible.

At Cedar Doodles we feel it a upmost priority to keep our families updated and informed on a consistent and regular basis. We do this by updating our Instagram and Facebook every M, W, F by 8 PM MST. This allows us to keep all of our families involved in the growth, and development as your puppy gets ready to leave our home to come to yours .
