    As a Commissioned Minister with Standing in the Mid-America Region, this Application is for the Renewal of your term of Commissioned Ministry. This Application prepares the Members of your Commissioned Ministry Team (CMT) for a meaningful conversation about your current work and service in ministry. Your CMT will host your Recommissioning conversation at their next Meeting.
