FRENCH WOODS FESTIVAL FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS

French Woods Festival for the Performing Arts is a summer camp in Hancock NY that will be hosting the first part of TRYPO's trip. A number of TRYPO students will be registered for Session I (June 9-28) at French Woods in addition to TRYPO'S trip. Students who are already enrolled at French Woods Festival for the Performing Arts in Session I will receive a discount of $150.00 on TRYPO's trip fee since they already will have paid for housing and meals at French Woods.

Please tell us any requests you have for roommates or anything else that might be helpful to know as we are placing students. At French Woods, students will be housed in cabins, and in NYC students will be at the Sheraton Hotel with up to four students to a room. We will place all students into the Sheraton room assignments, and then group those rooms together into cabins. We will do our best to honor roommate requests but it may not always be possible!

PAYMENT SELECTIONS
Payment Options:

1) Option A - Pay in Full: You will receive an invoice for the full amount of $975.00* and are not participating in fund-raising activities towards your participation fee. (You can participate in fund-raising activities towards the scholarship fund.)

2) Option B - Payment Plan/Fund-raising: We will set you up on a payment plan of three payments of $325* automatically charged on March 25, April 25, and May 25. If you are participating in fund-raisers towards your participation fee, all credits will be applied to your final invoice.

3) Option C - Payment Plan/Fund-raising + Scholarship Request: If you select this option, we'll set up a time to work with you on a combo plan that makes this opportunity possible for your family.

* Deductions to the total that may apply based on earlier selections in this form include:
$-150 if a student will be attending Session I at French Woods.
$-120 if a student will not be riding the bus in BOTH directions. (No discount for a one-way trip.)

If I already have a payment plan on file, I give permission for TRYPO to update my payments and payment schedule as outlined above. We are happy to help with Scholarship Support. Consider what you think you might be able to do with fund-raisers that the Parent Committee will be working on. Consider what you might be able to do with an online peer-to-peer fundraising page. Please tell us here what you think you can contribute towards your participation fee, and TRYPO will see if we can cover the rest, but there are limited funds and we will prioritize families with the greatest need. However, we want everyone to attend who wants to be there! We will work with you, but we ask for good communication and follow through in return!

Notes on Scholarship Request
Payment Terms:
- Please know that in the event that the musician is not able to participate (for reasons such as but not limited to your cancellation, or if the student tests positive for COVID, or has any other injury or schedule conflict preventing participation in the trip), we cannot refund your participation fee as the fees will be paid to the presenter and vendors up front.
- TRYPO encourages all families to consider purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment. If the last few years have shown us anything, it is that the unpredictable can happen!
- All accounts must be current by May 25, 2022. No student with an oustanding balance will be able to participate on the trip.
