Executive leadership* includes top 1 to 3 executives of your organization, such as the executive director (or equivalent title), the top business/revenue executive position and/or the top editor role. List the number of executives in any group that applies.

Wealth screening is a powerful tool that helps you determine your donors' capacities to give. By researching top indicators of wealth, you can locate major gift prospects hidden among the crowd. INN will also review the wealth screening results with you to highlight donors with the potential interest to make a major gift.

INN will screen your organization's first 500 donor names for free. Beyond the first 500 names, INN charges $.20 per submitted donor name.

Upon completion of this form, you will receive instructions from INN on how to submit your donor information for screening. Please note that it can take up to three weeks to receive your wealth screening results after you have submitted your donor file.
