Please note the schedule for the practice/coaching sessions: Please adjust to your timezones. You attend the sessions for the course that you are currently taking. For example, if you are in Part 1, you attend the English sessions. At least 2 sessions per part is required. These are one hour sessions to practice what you are learning and to ask questions, discuss concepts with your peers, etc.

Part 1 - English: Every Saturday at 4 pm PST/6 pm CST/7 pm EST.

Part 2 - Language-specific: Generally scheduled on Sundays. Time is announced 3 to 5 days in advance. Please make arrangements to attend when they are scheduled.

Part 3: Every Saturday at 10 am PST/12 noon CST/1 pm EST.

If you are not able to attend during these hours, you may sign up for Private Sessions (extra fee), or you may request accommodation for special circumstances. Some options may entail a fee, depending on the specific request.

 

We offer different payment options to fit your budget.

If choosing a payment plan, you only receive access to the course (Part) that you have paid for.

OR: You may choose a payment plan offered by PayPal.

Prepaid Program: This program is designed to be completed within 12 weeks. We give you a free 4-week extension to allow for the times that you were not able to log in, for course audits and review of assignments/exams, for holidays, or extenuating circumstances. If you need more time to complete the program after 16 weeks, you may sign up for monthly extension which is currently $90.00. (Subject to change.)

Payment Plans: 

For payment plans, you are given up to 6 months to complete the program, depending on your Payment Plan.

If you choose the monthly or biweekly payment plans, you would receive access only to each part that you have completed payment for. If you would like to go keep moving to the next section, you need to complete the remaining payment for that section.

Time Completion:

All of the course requirements must be completed within 6 months. The courses that are completed beyond 6 months of registration will expire after 6 months and will no longer count towards your Program Plan.

Once you complete payment processing, you will receive your log in access within the same day (if registering during office hours). (Or you may leave a message what day you would like to start.)

Please note that the final exam fee is part of the total program fee.

For your convenience, we offer the option to pay the final exam fee separately. This allows you to divide the cost and avoid paying the full registration fee all at once.

After completing the payment processing:

First, you will receive access to the Online Orientation so you can become familiar with the course format and so you can optimize your operating system. During this time, please feel free to contact us so we can assist you personally.

After the orientation is completed, you will receive access to the first section!

Refund Policy

Please note: There is a $30.00 cancellation fee if the transaction is cancelled within 24 hours. If the transaction is cancelled after 24 hours, but within 7 days of registration, the cancellation fee is $100.00, regardless if you were able to log in or not. There is no refund if the student is able to log in and complete the Orientation, or Pretest. There is no refund after one week of registration. Additional fees may be charged for any participation or access to any part of the program such as Orientation, Pretest, or access to any of the learning activities. The cancellation process may take at least 24 hours but may take up to 5 days or more to show up on your account, depending on your bank.

The CFE fee is not refundable as it is a part of the program fee. You are given the option of paying for it separately to divide the full cost of the registration fee.

You may request to change your start date to accommodate your personal needs after registration. The program must be completed within 6 months of starting the program (with extension fees). Please read the Terms and Conditions for more information.
