SET UP HELP - Friday, Feb 7th - 8:00-9:00 am- These volunteers will be helping with table set-up and organizing the venue space
REGISTRATION - Friday, Feb 7th 9am-4pm (in 4 hour shifts) - These volunteers will be at the registration table, checking in projects, assisting with welcoming families, and directing people where to go for interviews and project board set-up.
JUDGING ORGANIZATION - Friday, Feb 7th 4:30pm-9pm - These volunteers will help welcome the judges, provide information and help to organize and enter the completed judging sheets.
ROVER - Friday, Feb 7th 9am-6pm (in 4hr shifts) - Assist with monitoring projects during public view time
AWARDS CEREMONY - SET-UP Saturday, Feb 8th, 3:00-5:00 pm - Helping to organize awards, awards presentation slides (PowerPoint) and evening venue space, welcoming families to the ceremony
AWARDS CEREMONY BREAK DOWN - Saturday, Feb 8th 8:00-9:00 pm - Venue cleanup and assisting students with project break-down, moving unclaimed projects back to Quest campus.
