SET UP HELP - Friday, Feb 16th - 8:00-9:00 am- These volunteers will be helping with table set-up and organizing the venue space
REGISTRATION - Friday, Feb 16th 9am-4pm (in 4 hour shifts) - These volunteers will be at the registration table, checking in projects, assisting Zoo Staff with welcoming families to see the zoo (running payment transactions), and directing people where to go for interviews and project board set-up.
JUDGING ORGANIZATION - Friday, Feb 16th 4:30pm-9pm - These volunteers will help welcome the judges, provide information and help to organize and enter the completed judging sheets.
AWARDS CEREMONY - SET-UP Saturday, Feb 17th, 3:00-5:00 pm - Helping to organize awards, awards presentation slides (PowerPoint) and evening venue space, welcoming families to the ceremony
AWARDS CEREMONY BREAK DOWN - Saturday, Feb 18th 8:00-9:00 pm - Venue cleanup and assisting students with project break-down, moving unclaimed projects to Quest campus.
