• New Client Case Initiation (Company)

Please submit the information below to initiate new casework.
  • If you are not initiating a case on behalf of a company, please use this link instead: New Client Case Initiation.

  • Please note that you will be sent two separate invoices. The first will be an invoice for the full legal fee and administrative fee. This is due before casework is initiated.

The second invoice will be a trust request for the government filing fees and will be sent separately. This is due before submission of the petition.

  • Assuming that the new H-1B registration system mirrors the process for last year (FY 2022), there are three different pricing options for H-1B registration:

    • Registration only - $250 + $10 registration fee  (option 1)
      • Basic demographic information and identification documents would be submitted to the firm
      • The legal team would register the candidate in the USCIS cap registration lottery
      • Only prepare the petition after the selection has been made (at the price listed in option 3 below)
    • H-1B analysis and initial preparation of the filing - $1,000 + $10 registration fee  (option 2)
      • Recommended for roles for which an H-1B has never been filed or for candidates who have never held H-1B status
      • The legal team would evaluate job title, description, duties, beneficiary’s educational qualifications, and identifying documentation and confirm the prevailing wage
      • Only prepare the petition after the selection has been made (at the price listed in option 3 below)
    • Full petition preparation – Full legal fee + $10 registration fee  (option 3)
      • Includes registration, analysis, and advance preparation of the file.
      • The filing is guaranteed the first week of the filing window being open.
      • All documentation would need to be submitted in advance

Some companies will choose to do registration only if they are familiar with the H-1B, but if you have never held H-1B status or the role has never been tested as an H-1B, it is recommended that you pursue the second option to identify any potential challenges in advance.

If your registration is selected, the H-1B filing fees would be due at the time of filing, as well as a $100 administrative fee to cover the printing costs, shipping fees, etc.

  • Premium Processing is currently available for H-1B cap petitions, but it is a possibility that USCIS could change this rule and make Premium Processing unavailable for H-1B cap petitions.
