Our goal is to create a positive environment where our community gathers with purpose to learn, grow, and thrive. Your valuable contribution to WCHFH allows this facility to function and furthers our mission of providing safe, decent, affordable housing to local families in need.

Please carefully review, complete and return this form and the Community Center Facility Use Agreement to Annette Beam via email at annette.beam@warrenhabitat.org or by mail to the address listed above. It will be reviewed for alignment with Community Center use guidelines and space availability.

The Community Room is an indoor room with a stage that can be setup to accommodate a variety of event types. WCHFH has 20 folding tables and 72 stackable chairs plus typical audio-visual equipment needed to run events. Please indicate your preferred room setup and equipment needs below. If your Event Request is approved, a representative from the Community Center will contact you to discuss and finalize details. Setup and use of equipment during the event is available with prior arrangement.
