Complete all areas where applicable.

The Applicant and the Training Manager will automatically receive a PDF copy of this submission, once submitted.

Once the application is assessed, the Applicant, Training Manager, and Administrator will receive a copy of the completed assessment to file.

This form is a controlled document, managed by the NZHGPA, under the delegation of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
Important Information for the Applicant
1. Instructor, Coach, Commercial Tandem, and Air Band Radio ratings cannot be applied for, based on equivalency;

2. Pilot Certificates are not effective until applications are processed by the NZHGPA and a rating card supplied to the pilot;

3. Full membership to the NZHGPA is required for issuance of any pilot rating in NZ;

4. The clearer the application is made, the easier and faster it will be processed, this includes the quality of the documents provided;

5. Advanced ratings will be approved, subject to the overseas requirements of the rating provided.
