Important Information: Submission Deadline: To guarantee support for your event, please submit the form 14 business days prior to your event. You may be responsible for the cost of an external PBA-authorized vendor if one is needed due to submitting the request after the deadline.
Adjustments: Event space setup and media assets can be adjusted up until 48 business hours before the event.
Event Guidelines: All events are expected to comply with our community policies in the Navigator.
If your event is less than 10 business days away, you may email BOTH jacquelyn_switalski@pba.edu and creative_services@pba.edu to request an exception. Please note, support is not guaranteed if you make requests after the deadline.
