Did you know that as part of your membership you have the option to suspend?

We are always happy to suspend your account when you are unable to come to F45.

There are a couple of things that you need to know:

---> We do not do indefinite suspensions unless it is for a medical procedure to which you will need to upload a Doctors note to that effect.

---> We need an end date for your suspension period.

---> There is no retrospective suspension (i.e. suspensions cannot be back dated).

---> We require two weeks notice via a suspension form unless it is for an emergency medical procedure to which you will need to upload a Doctors note to that effect.

---> Suspension periods are in calendar months only (i.e. 01/01/2022 to 31/01/2022
