I, the undersigned participant, affirm that I am of the age of 18 years or older, and that I have read the iSUP Saugeen Rental Equipment Agreement in full and understand that this release is final and binding. I am aware that this document is a unilateral hold harmless clause, release of liability, and a legal contract that I am signing on my own free will; knowingly and willingly assuming any and all potential risks involved with renting and using equipment for the entire duration of my rental period including the point of pick up, drop off, and or delivery of said rental equipment. Upon signing this document I agree and understand that I am fully responsible for any person/s who is in use of the rental equipment including minors. I understand that any individual/s in use of the rental equipment are equally bound by this agreement. Upon signing this document iSUP Saugeen is to be released from any and all liability, litigation or potential repercussions pertaining to the undersigned renting and using equipment from 13725855 Canada inc. operating as iSUP Saugeen.
