In this release agreement the term "excursion" shall apply to all activities, events, or services provided, arranged, organized, or authorized by iSUP Saugeen; including but not limited to use of inflatable stand up paddle board vessels, swimming, and fitness, use of safety equipment including but not limited to personal flotation devices, as well as instruction sessions, group events, private tours and all activities taking place on or near a River, Inland Lake, or Great Lake.

This document represents release of liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risks, and indemnity agreement. By signing this document you will waive certain legal rights including the right to sue, claim compensation, or pursue any and all litigation following potential accident or injury.

iSUP Saugeen Excursion: Terms of Participation and Release of Liability

I [participant], understand that iSUP Saugeen Personnel are qualified to administer water rescue techniques, AED, CPR and First Aid to adult, children, and infant casualties. In the event where the undersigned participant/s becomes unconscious, injured, in a state of shock, or unable to breathe I hereby give iSUP Saugeen personnel consent to administer water rescue techniques, First Aid, CPR, and or AED to the undersigned participant/s to completion, I give iSUP Saugeen permission to follow up accordingly with emergency responders; and, release iSUP Saugeen from any & all potential complications arising from my decision to be (or not to be) administered water rescue techniques, AED, CPR and First Aid. *

I, the undersigned participant, affirm that I am of the age of 18 years or older, and that I am freely signing this agreement. Upon signing this document I certify that I have read the iSUP Saugeen Excursion Agreement in full, that I fully understand its content and that this release is final and binding. I am aware that this document is a release of liability and a legal contract that I am signing on my own free will; knowingly and willingly assuming all potential risks involved with participating in any iSUP Saugeen excursion. Upon signing this document iSUP Saugeen and or Amy Caperchione is to be released from any and all liability, litigation or potential repercussions pertaining to the undersigned participating in any events hosted by 13725855 Canada inc. operating as iSUP Saugeen.

Upon signing this document iSUP Saugeen is to be released from any liability, litigation or potential repercussions pertaining to the undersigned participating in excursions and or outdoor activities hosted by 13725855 Canada inc. operating as iSUP Saugeen.
