MARKET DAYS & HOURS:

Saturdays 9am-2pm (April 4th through October 31st)

Tuesdays 2-6PM (April 7th through August 25th)

We've updated our vendor fee structure to keep the market affordable while giving our vendors more flexibility. Your membership fee covers your full-season placement, marketing, and access to all major event dates. The small monthly booth fee replaces our old large upfront cost and helps us keep the market running smoothly week after week!

IMPORTANT POLICY FOR GUEST VENDORS - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: Guest vendor dates CANNOT be rescheduled once selected. By signing up, you are committing to that date. The only exception will be if the market is forced to close due to the weather - in that case, your date will be rescheduled.

Our standard booth space is 12ft X 12ft. Any vendor requiring a space larger than 12' X 12' must pay for a double booth for the month or day. Please use the box below to explain your space requirements.

2026 Summer Vendor Fees (PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PAYING: ALL VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS YOUR APPLICATION IS DENIED.)*

SUMMER MARKET MEMBERSHIP FEE (FULL SEASON)$200.00

Required for full-season Saturday vendors. This fee does NOT include your monthly booth payments. You will still owe the $25 monthly booth fee (April-October). Includes reserved Saturday booth space with 1 parking spot behind your booth. Ability to sell every Saturday April-October. Vendor directory listing & promotional features Eligibility for all market-wide events at member pricing.

Member Add-On: Tuesday Markets$ Free

Additional $5 per month due with monthly booth payment. Available only to approved Summer members. Includes one booth space at all Tuesday markets for the month.

Member Add-On: Double Booth Space$ Free

Additional $15 per month due with monthly booth payment. Available only to approved Summer members. Add a second booth space on Saturdays for the month. Subject to availability.

TUESDAY-ONLY MEMBERSHIP FEE (FULL SEASON)$70.00

For vendors who want to participate Tuesdays ONLY (April-August). Includes a reserved Tuesday booth space and participation in all Tuesday markets. Does NOT include Saturdays. No additional monthly booth payments.

Saturday Guest Pass$30.00

Includes Any (1) Saturday Market of Your Choice through October 31st. Guest vendor dates CANNOT be rescheduled once selected. By signing up, you are committing to that date. It Takes Us About 7 Business Days or Less to Process Applications. You Will Recieve an Email from Us with Our Decision. If You Do Not Recieve an Email - Be Sure to Check Your Spam Folder. All Emails are sent from info@eastendfm.com

Once your application is approved, you will have access to all of our vendor forms and will be able to pay your first month of the monthly booth space fee (or in full at a discounted rate) if you like as well.
