Due to the overwhelming number of requests that we receive, we can only respond to emails that correspond to a potential opening in our calendar. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Please be advised that completing this request form does not confirm your reservation. Pending the availability of the requested program you will receive an email confirmation after processing your request.
Please note that if the program is canceled less than five business days prior to the program, prior payment will be non-refundable or a cancellation fee will apply based on the program rate. All cancellation notices and rescheduling requests must be e-mailed to groupvisits@elmuseo.org with the subject line "Booking Cancellation”.

Please note group size is 25 students and our max capacity for the reservation is two groups per time slot. We do not have a cafe or lunch facilities.
