CAHS/CECHS Transcript Request
This form is for former students requesting their own transcripts. If you are a company or institution requesting a transcript on behalf of a former student, please complete the CAHS/CECHS Education Verification Request Form.

Transcripts cost $5 per copy sent. Payment can be arranged by calling or visiting the CCC Business Office at 662-621-4107. All checks must be payable to Coahoma Community College.

You will be contacted by phone or email for identity verification before your transcript is released. Identity verification is required. Please allow 72 hours for transcripts to be processed after identity verification is completed and payment is received.
