As a professional travel advisor, my goal is to deliver a seamless, personalized travel experience tailored to your unique needs and preferences. The research and planning fee reflects the time, care, and expertise that goes into designing a custom itinerary — from sourcing the best options to coordinating every last detail.
A planning fee ensures I can dedicate the necessary attention to your trip, provide unbiased recommendations, and serve as your advocate before, during, and after your travels. It also allows me to work with integrity, focusing solely on what’s best for you — not on commissions or sales quotas.
In short, it’s an investment in your peace of mind and a better travel experience from start to finish.
Before I begin securing your travel arrangements, I’ll send a separate invoice for the planning fee to officially kick things off. All that’s left is for you to review and agree to the Planning Fee Agreement below.
Planning Fees are as follows:
Bespoke Designs - Bespoke Designs are priced per family and include immediate family members.1-3 Days - $310
4-6 Days - $580
7-9 Days - $760
10+ Days - $940
Cruise Designs - Cruise Designs are per immediate family and covers all cabins required for that family.Booking Only - 130
Concierge - 210
VIP - 290
All-Inculisve Designs - All-Inclusive Designs are per immediate family and covers all rooms required for that family.Basic - Resort Only - 155 per room
Consierge - 235 - per room
VIP - 315
Ready-Made Designs - Ready-Made Designs are priced per family and include immediate family members.Basic - Tour Only - 110
Concierge - 190
VIP - 270
Airfare - A $40 service fee per ticket may be added
Other Fees that may apply:
Destination Change Fee - $50
Out-of-Network/Direct Booking Service Fee - $50 per supplier
Rush Fee - A $100 rush fee will be applied to any travel request with a departure date scheduled within 1 to 2 months.
All planning fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
