As a professional travel advisor, my goal is to deliver a seamless, personalized travel experience tailored to your unique needs and preferences. The research and planning fee reflects the time, care, and expertise that goes into designing a custom itinerary — from sourcing the best options to coordinating every last detail.

A planning fee ensures I can dedicate the necessary attention to your trip, provide unbiased recommendations, and serve as your advocate before, during, and after your travels. It also allows me to work with integrity, focusing solely on what’s best for you — not on commissions or sales quotas.

In short, it’s an investment in your peace of mind and a better travel experience from start to finish.

Before I begin securing your travel arrangements, I’ll send a separate invoice for the planning fee to officially kick things off. All that’s left is for you to review and agree to the Planning Fee Agreement below.

Planning Fee Agreement

I understand that the planning fee must be paid in full before Travel Culture can provide any services or make travel arrangements on my behalf.

I understand that planning fees are non-refundable.

Planning Fees are as follows:

Tailored Designs $300 - Tailored Designs are available for up to 12 travelers. If your group includes more than 12, you'll be moved to a Group Design to better serve your needs.

Cruise Designs - $120

All-Inculisve Designs - $100

Theme Park - $130

Group Designs - $600 Group travel designs are available exclusively for parties consisting of either three or more separate paying groups or a total of 12 or more travelers.

Airfare - A $40 service fee per ticket may be added

Tours, Excursions, and Attractions:

2-5 Days - $150
6-9 Days - $200
10+ Days - $250

Other Fees that may apply:

Destination Change Fee - $50
Out-of-Network/Direct Booking Service Fee - $50 per supplier
Rush Fee - A $100 rush fee will be applied to any travel request with a departure date scheduled within 1 to 2 months.
