  • Production Fee

  • Production fees are a necessary evil.  As much as we'd like to be able to cover the cost of this production without fundraisers or production fees, we simply can't. Production fees help to cover the costs of rights and royalties, set, props, costumes, extra sound or lighting equipment, food for some of the late rehearsals etc.

To help cover these costs, each cast, crew or pit band member will be asked to do one of the following:

    Pay a Production Fee

You can pay a production fee of $75 on or before January 12, 2024.  If you decide to pay the production fee that can be done online by clicking here or by writing a check made out to Friends of Stienbrenner Theatre.

    OR

Sell at least $150 worth of ad space for the program

If you'd like to sell ad space, the information on costs, sizes etc can be found by clicking here.

IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER - When selling ad space, keep in mind that the space can be used for anything.  So if someone wants to advertise their business they can use the space for that.  However, if someone wants to use that space to say "Congrats Brian, we love you", that's fine too.  The buyer is buying the space and, as long as it's appropreate, can use that space to say anything they'd like.

Ads must be paid for with the ad copy submitted NO LATER than February 16, 2024.

If no ads have been submitted the fee of $75 will be due on February 19, 2024.

  • Conflicts

  • As a pit band member, you will be working with Mr. Wood or Mrs. Szarowicz between now and the beginning of April. Please check with them for their rehearsal schedule.

As for the overall rehearsal schedule, please look at the month of April on the two weeks prior to the show opening.  Where it says "with band" that means we are expecting ALL of the bit band to be at those rehearsals.  Those will be the only rehearsals the actors will get with the band so it is VITAL that you can make those days!!
