The 2026 Recreation Awards are open for applications. They will be awarded on 19 November 2026 at the Recreation Leaders' Summit awards dinner in Tauranga. Nominations close 31 August at 5pm.
The Senior Leader Award categories are:
- Ian Galloway Memorial Cup (Services to the wider parks industry)
- Paul Stuart Memorial Award (Services to facility management)
- Mark Mitchell Memorial Trophy (Services to the wider recreation industry)
- Community Leader of the Year (this is a different nomination form, linked here.)
- Recreation Leader of the Year (this is a different nomination form, linked here.)
- Emerging Recreation Leader of the Year (this is a different nomination form, linked here.)
