    1) FLOW Users: Upload an ImageMatch Export to the lab with the appropriate options selected
    2) All other customers: Use the Full-Service catalog in the ROES software to upload your files. After your upload is complete, please fill out the form below to specify your desired services.     • Custom Composites & Virtual Groups Information:

      Custom Composites & Virtual Groups work on a proofing system. The Full Service team creates proofs that must be approved by you, the customer, before we can continue with the order.

      You will be sent each proof through Hightail, a file sharing site that notifies recipients via e-mail.

      Each time a revision is received, a new proof will be generated within 2 business days.

      The Full Service team will make any requested revisions until the design is complete and you are satisfied.

      Note: It is important that you respond to the proofs as quickly as possible so we can complete your order in a timely fashion.

    • *A minimum of 4 classes are required to qualify for the $8/class composite pricing. If requesting less than 4 classes, a base design fee of $32 will apply. 

    • NOTICE: This option requires the data to already have the teachers linked with their classes in some way (as shown in example). If this is selected and the data is not formatted correctly, you will be notified that this job has been put on HOLD and we will reach out about assessing additional reformatting fees.

       

    • *NOTICE - By adding finishing options to your order, additional fees will apply and the tunaround time will be extended.

      This option should only be selected when revisions are needed for orders that have already been closed out and billed, within the last 30 days. Orders outside of this window should be submitted as a new order.  

      A $15 reopening processing fee will be applied to your order and this fee could increase based on the complexity of the revisions needed. Please note: $15 fee does not include product and/or shipping costs. 

      All needed revisions should be outlined in the designated section and a Full-Service team member will be in touch if additional clarification is needed.

    All service item orders have a standard 5-7 business day turnaround, which begins once we have received all of the necessary files to process your order.

  • *Rush requests for our composite design services typically can not be accomodated due to the nature of the revision process. For urgently needed composite designs, please contact the full-service department directly at fullservice@richmondprolab.com.

  • During peak season, April-May & Sept-Nov, the lab is unable to approve most rush requests. We recommend expecting an order to take the longest timeframe as outlined on our Production Schedule page. The Full-Service department will contact you if we are unable to accommodate a rush request however, please contact us directly if an order is urgently needed.

    The rush fee is 10% of the order total per day being rushed, with a minimum of $10/day. Shipping costs are not included in the calculation of the rush fees. By selecting this option, you authorize the lab to add the rush service fees to your order and/or to adjust the shipping method so that the order arrives by your need by date.
