Thank you for taking the time to fill out your Boys Statewide Campout pre-registration form online. A fee of $15 per person (excluding pastors) is required when submitting this form. The total cost for the Campout is $60 per person.

The deadline for early registration ends on April 10th. Registering by this date ensures a T-shirt for each registrant. Registrations will be accepted after this date, and extra T-shirts ordered will be given out on a first-come first-served basis. Orders for additional T-shirts will be fulfilled after the campout.

Once the form is filled out, you will be allowed to preview your answers and go back to edit them if needed. You will also be able to print a summary for your records and for your church treasurer if needed. Be sure to click the "SUBMIT" button when you are satisfied everything is correct. 

Your submission will be automatically generated and a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.
