Snack Swag Policies and Terms
1. General Terms
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
• Collection Date: The collection date refers to when you wish to pick up or receive your order. Please specify the correct date when booking.
• Cake Design: We strive to match requested designs as closely as possible but cannot guarantee an exact replica of another artist’s work.
• Non-Edible Items: Some cakes may contain non-edible decorations or supports. We will inform you of these, and it is your responsibility to remove them before serving.
• Media Use: We reserve the right to use photos of your cake for advertising purposes.
• Privacy Policy: Your personal information is used solely for processing your order and will not be shared with third parties.
2. Order Policy
• Orders require at least 2 weeks’ notice, but 30 days’ notice is preferred due to high demand.
• Last-minute orders may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed.
• We are a one-person operation and accept a limited number of orders at a time. If fully booked, new orders will not be accepted.
• Orders must be placed via our online form at linktr.ee/Snackswag.
• Rush orders (placed less than 2 weeks before pickup/delivery) will incur a 30% rush fee.
3. Payment Policy
• Full payment is required at booking via Venmo or Cash App to secure your order.
• We operate on a first-paid, first-booked basis—no payment, no reservation.
• All payments are non-refundable, even if you change your mind.
4. Pickup Policy
• Orders must be picked up at the scheduled date and time.
• Late pickups will incur a $15 fee for every 30 minutes past the scheduled time.
• If not picked up within 2 hours without notice, the order is considered unclaimed, with no refund or replacement.
5. Delivery Policy
• Customers must provide an accurate address and be available within the agreed delivery window.
• If unavailable at the time of delivery, the cake will be left at the provided address, and we are not responsible for any damage.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
• We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or incomplete instructions (e.g., missing gate codes).
• No refunds for missed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
6. Cake Handling, Transport, and Storage
• After pickup or delivery, we are not responsible for any damage.
• Transport cakes on a flat surface (vehicle floorboard) with air conditioning on. Do not place them on seats, in the trunk, or on someone’s lap.
• Drive carefully to avoid sudden stops or sharp turns.
• Storage: Keep cakes refrigerated in their original packaging until serving.
• Serving: Let the cake sit at room temperature for 15-30 minutes before cutting.
7. No Refunds or Exchanges Policy
• No refunds on custom orders. Since custom orders are made specifically for each customer, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed and work has begun.
• All custom cake orders are final sale and non-refundable once confirmed.

Reporting Issues
• If there is a genuine issue, such as an incorrect design or a defect caused by us, you must contact us within 2 hours of pickup or delivery with clear photos.
• After 2 hours, we cannot offer resolutions as we cannot verify how the cake was handled or stored.
What Is Not Covered?
• Change of mind after order completion
• Personal taste preferences (sweetness, texture, etc.)
• Damage due to improper handling or storage after pickup/delivery
• Complaints made after the cake has been served or used
8. Contact Policy
• Email (snackswagorlando@gmail.com) is the only communication method for orders, inquiries, and concerns.
• No direct messages, phone calls, or texts are accepted for orders or inquiries.
• Texting is only used to check in during scheduled pickup appointments.
