If you speak a minority language, go to this page for the requirements:
Minority languages are languages that do not have national certification, such as Amharic, Marshallese, Farsi, Cambodian, Somali. ASL is considered a minority language for purposes of training. (Please note that minority language programs have different format than the majority languages programs.)
