We hold a mailing list which we will use to send information out about recently added content to the catalogue or information on opening/closing dates for submissions.
You can unsubscribe from the list any time by clicking unsubscribe on the emails we send out.
We promise to email you no more than once a month.
Please note, as per our criteria, with published content we will always link to the original source of publication rather than re-publish an article on the learning hub as a document.
However, we recognise that in some instances an author of a published journal article may have additional rights to re-publish a version of the article in certain ways. The next two questions cover this eventuality and will allow you submit a version of your content.
It is your responsibility and your personal liability if you publish content without the necessary permission in place.
Click here to be taken to a tool which will help you identify which copyright might apply to your uploaded item.
The links below offer more information on each type of copyright option. Please note that all weblinks are checked before listing on the catalogue and each listing will include a short statement indicating whether the article is 'open access' or accessible via 'Athens Log in'.

This licence allows you, as the creator of the resource you are contributing to the Learning Hub, to reserve all rights capable of being reserved under the relevant applicable laws related to the reuse of the materials included in your resource. However, by sharing your resources on the Learning Hub you are inviting users to access, read, and be educated by the resource you have contributed.
This licence is available to contributors both to preserve the autonomy of those creating and sharing their resources on the Learning Hub, and to offer a licence option that can be applied to resources created where the contributor is not the sole creator of the materials, meaning they do not have the right to use a more open licence (see Creative Commons options above) for their contribution.
This information can also be found on the NHS Learning Hub help pages.
In line with the learning hub requirements for document uploads, we need to know more about the copyright attached to the document you are uploading.
