We believe an IRS challenge is highly unlikely based on our experience dealing with the IRS since 2014; there is an abundance of lawful precedence and facts that support the ROE filer's position to not be liable for filing a 1040 tax return and IRS does not want this going to court! An IRS challenge, i.e., intimidation tactic doesn't mean the IRS will prevail. We are prepared to take on any ROE "bluff" or challenge the IRS may attempt!
Regarding estimated payments: Do not send any estimated tax payments once you have decided to proceed with Revocation of Election. Once I review your application, I will guide you in minimizing or eliminating witholdings from your pay.
Please be aware that the ROE does not resolve past year IRS disputes related to income taxes allegedly owed for past years, especially if the 1040 was filed and the taxes due were not paid. We can help with this or refer you to resources that can resolve such matters in many cases
