Step 2:  'Click Here' to Read 100 Reasons Why Most Americans Aren't Liable For Paying Federal Income Taxes

Step 3: Complete the Questionnaire below

  •  / /
  • Once you have submitted this questionnaire, we can recommend a plan for your circumstances especially if it turns out the ROE is not recommended at this time. We take your privacy rights seriously and we do not at any time talk to or write to the IRS or any other government agency regarding your tax matters or sell or share your information with anyone ever!

Estimated payments: It is best if your income is retained by you, not held/acquired by IRS. The ROE does not currently provide an avenue for getting a refund of your withholdings or estimated payments. (Other remedies can result in refunds-ask about this if you have paid in or had at least 15,000 withheld for recent years. We can go back 3 years to claim refunds.

If you have prior debts with IRS, assistance with this can be provided on a fee basis separate from the cost of the ROE.

The fee for Revocation of Election document preparation work varies and will depend on each individual's tax situation. A quote from us for our services will be provided only after you have answered all the questions above and sent your answers to us so we can get a better idea of the scope and nature of the work we would provide to you.

In general, it is best for both husband and wife to each do their own set of ROE documents (though not mandatory) as each has a separate social security/tax identification number. Whether both spouses need to file an ROE depends on the type of income of each spouse and a few other things.

After completing and submitting your ROE, you will not be liable for filing Form 1040 tax returns in the future or paying any individual income taxes from any source. None of our ROE clients since 2014 have had their ROE documents effectively challenged or denied by the IRS. We cannot guarantee that the IRS will never try to challenge your ROE non-taxpayer position as they are a deceptive debt collection entity that will take illegal actions to the extent they believe they can get away with such actions and tactics. Knowing what the law is on this subject is important. IRS has never rebutted an ROE affidavit, ever. Legally, they cannot rebut it without committing perjury under oath.

  • We believe an IRS challenge is highly unlikely based on our experience dealing with the IRS since 2014; there is an abundance of lawful precedence and facts that support the ROE filer's position to not be liable for filing a 1040 tax return and IRS does not want this going to court! An IRS challenge, i.e., intimidation tactic doesn't mean the IRS will prevail. We are prepared to take on any ROE "bluff" or challenge the IRS may attempt!

Please be aware that the ROE does not resolve past year IRS disputes related to income taxes allegedly owed for past years, especially if the 1040 was filed and the taxes due were not paid. We can help with this or refer you to resources that can resolve such matters in many cases
