Animal Alliance is an all-volunteer, nonprofit, animal welfare charity dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of stray, neglected and abused animals.

 

we rely solely on public donations and fundraising efforts 

  We network with many other reputable rescues. We also receive animals daily from the general public, boarding kennels, homeless centres, breeders and veterinary surgeries. The majority of dogs we save are at risk dogs who are destined to be put to sleep if they are not rescued.

 

                 

 

All pets under the care of Animal Alliance receive veterinary attention and the upmost care and affection.

upon arrival they receive an immediate veterinary health check, flea, worm and any vaccinations needed to avoid cross contamination. 

Further veterinary treatment is then arranged for neutering or any ongoing care needed for illness or injury. 

 

We offer lifetime rescue back up for all adoptions, this means we are always on hand for any help, advice or emergency situations. 

There is a donation required upon adoption, the cost of this varies depending on each specific pet, this covers any costs incurred by the rescue in saving and treating each pet. All our animals receive veterinary care, they are health checked, vaccinated, flea and worm, microchipped, and neutered when possible. food and transport bills are also taken into consideration. Your adoption fee is then used to save the next animal then their adoption fee saves the next, and this is how we continue as a non profit CIC.

We have meet and greets available, this enables you to meet your new pet before making a lifelong commitment.
If you have any existing pets this also gives the opportunity for them to meet, with our trained staff helping with the correct introductions

We have many puppy socialisation days, pack trails and dog walking fundraisers. If you would like to support us, join our team, or you just want your dog to meet new friends and get some exercise, please contact us for  dates and details.

 If people are not afraid to ask for help from rescues, a lot less animals would be neglected, left without veterinary treatment or given away to unsuitable homes.

All adopters must complete a home and identity check. We also require a post adoption check.

It's a big responsibility to have a pet, and sometimes life gets in the way. You may have to make serious and unexpected choices, such as giving up a beloved pet.

If you encounter obstacles in your life, there are many ways to avoid this, but if you've exhausted all of your options, please know you are not alone.

We offer a sympathetic and friendly service. No judgement, no questions, no charge. 
We respect those who put their pets needs first and seek help.

Our service is completely confidential and no information is passed to third party's.

We can collect your pet for whatever reason. Whether you are in financial difficulties, have been unable to train your pet, they have shown aggression, or if you have an unexpected vet bill and faced with the decision of euthanasia we can help.

At Animal Alliance we try to make surrendering your pet as easy as possible. We understand some situations are heartbreaking. We provide you with picture and video updates of your pet with us, and in their new home, for your reassurance and peace of mind.

We aim to help as many animals as possible. This is not always rescuing animals, this can also be helping with discounted veterinary care, reuniting lost & found dogs with owners, microchipping your pet, help with training and socialisation or transport.
