Other McDonald's Policies

Policies and procedures are an essential part of our McDonald's business. Together, policies and procedures provide a roadmap for day-to-day operations. They ensure compliance with laws and regulations, give guidance for decision-making, and streamline our processes.

There are a number of other policies that you should make yourself familiar with and they can all be found on Workplace at the link below. As an employee it is important that you read, understand and adhere to these policies. If you are unsure of anything contained in them, please speak to your Restaurant Manager.
