Legal Stuffs 📜 I understand and agree that my order must be confirmed by Gracie’s Cakes first through written email confirmation. 💸A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold the date, and the rest is due at pick up/delivery. For shipped items, a photo of the cookies will be sent for review, and final payment must be sent prior to shipping.💸 Any cancellation made more than 14 days prior to the event will not be required to pay final payment. 🚖 I am responsible for following the Cookie Care instructions, and any damage caused by not following will be my responsibility. 🧾 Once the order has been accepted, no refunds will be given. I may contact Gracie’s Cakes if there are issues with my order.
