2024 Rebelle Rally Waitlist Registration Form  

A Team is comprised of two Team members. By completing this form, both teammates are accepting the responsibility of the Team registration payment and terms outlined in this document and on the registration waiver.

A Team place with Team number will be held once the waiver and registration form have been submitted by both teammates, and the full payment or down payment has been made.  Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. A select number of Team places are held for Rookie Teams and Return Rebelle Teams.  Once all team places are filled, registration will close even if prior to the closing date of September 10, 2024. The rally tech inspection and finish venue locations are subject to change.

Due to the operations, logistics, expense and powering requirements, Electrified Designation entries are limited to vehicle manufacturers. Please contact us for details and application information.

Please note: by registering without a teammate, the registered competitor is taking responsibility for the full registration cost and other related expenses. A teammate must be secured and registration form completed by the registration close date of September 10, 2024 or sooner.

Registered competitors will be required to purchase safety rentals, submit a medical questionnaire, team bio information, and additional necessary information prior to the rally.  

 

TEAM REGISTRATION: 

$7,800 per person ($15,600 per team)

Discounts:

100% Rebelles: $1,000 off team registration (a minimum of one teammate must be a 100% Rebelle).

Returning Rebelles: $500 off team registration (a minimum of one teammate must be a returning Rebelle from any previous year).

^These discounts cannot be combined together, or with credits from the 2023 Rebelle including those earned by winning teams.

—10-day event (8 days driving)

Upon payment or first installment payment, your team will receive:

—Access to the 2024 Competitor Zone (online competitor portal)

—2024 Rights-cleared images for team sponsor deck and website use (to help teams present to potential supporters)

Installment Plan Options:

Installment Plans:  $200 fee to secure installment plan. Down payment of $2,500 ($2,300 + $200 installment fee) holds full Team place

Available payment schedules are as follows:

Four payment system:	$2,500 / 3 additional payments
Three payment system:	$2,500 / 2 additional payments
Two payment system:	$2,500 / 1 additional payment
Final payment due date for all installments plans:	September 10th, 2024

*Installment plans secured after July 1st will be run on a two or three payment system. Installments are no longer available after September 1st; registration cost must be paid in full.

Down payment:

Down payment must be received within 10 days of invoice date. If down payment is not received within this time frame, registration will expire and must be re-submitted.

Note: The 10 day time frame does not apply for Waitlist registrants; payment must be completed within 72 hours from notice of availability, or registration will expire.

Installment payments:

A $100 late payment fee will be applied to late installment payments.

A 30-day grace period will be granted to hold team spot if installment is not received.

After 30 days with no payment, team spot is forfeited unless arrangements have been made! NO EXCEPTIONS.

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Once all team places are filled, registration will close even if prior to the closing date of September 10th, 2024. Rally officials may close registration at any time due to unforseen changes in permits, etc.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the high production costs, permitting fees, and guarantees the organization must make per team, and limited number of team spots, please understand and respect the cancellation policy you are agreeing to.

From November 15th, 2023 - April 30th, 2024: 10% of full registration fee will be retained.

From May 1st - July 31st, 2024: 25% of full registration fee will be retained.

From August 1st - August 31st:, 2024: 50% of full registration fee will be retained.

Starting September 1st, 2024: no reimbursement.  Cancellations must be submitted in writing. An email is valid, but your cancellation is not considered final until a rally staff person confirms receipt of the email. If you do not receive a notice, please contact the rally office immediately.

October 10 – 19, 2024

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to compete, officiate, observe, work, or participate in any way in The Rebelle Rally, I, the Undersigned, being eighteen (18) years of age or older:

1. Acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to enter The Rebelle Rally (the “Event”) to be conducted in the states of California and Nevada.  
2. Acknowledge that the Event involves extreme risk, including the possibility of death, serious bodily injury, and/or property damage, and that I enter at my own risk.
3. Agree that I have sufficient competence, experience and physical and mental health to participate in the Event safely, and that Rebelle Rally Enterprises, LLC (RRE) is not responsible to evaluate nor has RRE evaluated my competency.
4. Acknowledge that the Event course is located on public roads and that I will share the road with other users and abide by all rules of the road as required by all applicable governmental and Event laws, rules, and regulations, including remaining on the Event course, to follow all event signage, and to abide by all instructions of event officials and police at all times.
5. Understand that attendance at all required pre-rally briefings is mandatory.
6. Consent to receive and allow RRE or medical specialists to provide medical treatment in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during or in conjunction with the Event.
7. Expressly acknowledge that injuries that I receive may be compounded or increased by negligent rescue operation or procedures of Event officials or assignees.
8. Agree to indemnify and save and hold RRE and each of its employees, agents, officers, and assignees harmless from any loss, liability, damage, or cost I may incur arising out of or related to my injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by the negligence of RRE and/or each of its employees, agents, officers, and assignees or any participant in the Event or any third party. 
9. Assume full responsibility for any bodily injury, death, and/or property damage arising out of or related to the Event whether caused by the negligence of RRE and/or each of its employees, agents, officers, and assignees or any participant in the Event or any third party. 
10. Agree to waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the promoters, participants, officials, competition vehicle owners, drivers, rescue personnel, sponsors, advertisers, owners, and lessees of premises used to conduct the Event, premises and event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, consultants and others who give recommendations, directions, or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises or Event and each of them, their directors, officers, agents and employees from all liability to the Undersigned, his personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the Undersigned arising out of or related to the Event, whether caused by negligence of RRE  and/or its assignees or otherwise.
11. Agree that the Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity provisions of this Agreement include all acts of negligence by RRE and/or each of its employees, agents, officers, and assignees, including, but not limited to, negligent rescue operations and/or gross or willful and wanton conduct, and that the Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity agreements contained herein are intended to be interpreted as broadly as permitted by applicable law. 
12. Agree that organizers and sponsors of the Event may use any information given to the organizers for purposes associated with the Event and to provide me with details of other products, services, and events.
13. Agree to allow any photographic, film, or audio likeness of me or my property obtained in conjunction with the Event to be used by the organizers, sponsors, and/or assignees at their discretion at no cost.
14. Agree that September 10, 2024, is the official closing date for registration; however, if the maximum amount of entries is reached before the closing date, an announcement will be made on the Rebelle Rally website and social media outlets that registration is officially closed. 
15. Agree that if I cancel from November 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024, RRE will retain 10% of my team's entry fee; May 1 - July 31, 2024 RRE will retain 25% of my team's entry fee; August 1 - August 31, 2024 RRE will retain 50% of my team's entry fee, and any cancellation on or after September 1, 2024 no reimbursement will be provided.
16. Acknowledge and agree that many permitting, insurance, and other requirements must be met and maintained in order for the Event to be successfully held; that many foreseeable and unforeseeable events could occur that would prohibit the Event from being held; and that if the Event is cancelled for any reason I will not hold RRE liable and that I am only entitled to reimbursement of my entry fee if the Event is cancelled prior to the first day of the Event. 
17. Agree that no reimbursement of travel expenses and other associated expenses will be refunded or reimbursed at any time if I cancel my entry or the Event is cancelled for any reason.
18. Agree that in the event I breach any of the provisions herein as determined by RRE and/or each of its employees, agents, officers, and assignees, I may be immediately removed from the Event and shall obtain no refund or reimbursement of costs as determined in the sole discretion of RRE.
19. Agree that if any provision of this Agreement is, becomes or is deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed amended to conform to the applicable laws so as to be valid and enforceable, or, if it cannot be so amended without materially altering the intention of the parties hereto, it shall be stricken and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. 
20. Agree that this Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted under, and construed and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Furthermore, the parties hereto expressly agree that venue for any action in any way associated with this Agreement shall be in the Fourth Judicial District in and for the County of Elko, State of Nevada, and each party waives the right to venue in any other jurisdiction.
21. Agree that should any party be required to seek legal action to enforce or interpret the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the prevailing party shall be awarded reasonable attorney fees and costs, and the Court shall determine which party is the prevailing party.
22. Agree that RRE shall have the right to photograph, publish, re-publish, adapt, exhibit, perform, reproduce, edit, modify, make derivative works, distribute, display or otherwise use or reuse the undersigned's image, voice and/or likeness in connection with any product or service in all markets, media or technology now known or hereafter developed in RRE's products or services. RRE may exercise any of these rights itself or through any successors, transferees, licensees, distributors or other parties, commercial or nonprofit. The undersigned acknowledges receipt of good and valuable consideration in exchange for this Release, which may simply be the opportunity to participate in the Event in its promotional and advertising materials as described above.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone and/or to reject anyone's application at our sole and absolute discretion at anytime, including before, during, and/or after the Rebelle Rally. The Rebelle Rally is a private event.
