Describe the event in detail. What will attendees be doing? Why should they come? Who is the speaker? What food will be available? Should attendees bring anything? Etc.

ie. everybody, women age 18-65, middle school students, etc.

Best guess of how many people you expect to attend

Now tell us about when and how frequently this event will occur

If the event happens once or less frequently than monthly, choose "One Time". If the event happens multiple times (ie weekly, monthly or daily events like VBS), choose "Recurring".

Now, where will the event take place?

Some events require attendees to meet at one place first, then travel together to the location of the event. If this is the case, still name the place the event will take place at, but also name the meeting location.
