Thank you for your interest in STEM Squad. Classes for children who will turn 6 or 7 years of age by 9.1.24 (rising 1st and 2nd grade students) are CLOSED, and the waitlists are full. We hope to see your child in Summer 2025.

Students will receive 1 shirt for each week enrolled (included in tuition) and are asked to wear the shirt each day. Additional shirts may be purchased for $8 each.
Child Care Regulation requires two parents/guardians be listed for each child.

Each individual designated below will be assigned a unique pin number in Procare. Child Care Regulation requires two emergency contacts OTHER THAN THE CHILD'S PARENTS/GUARDIANS.
Emergency contacts and individuals authorized for pick-up do not have the ability to download the Procare app and access student information. They will provide their unique pin number to a Museum Staff member at drop off and pick up.
Emergency contacts are automatically authorized to pick up/drop off, so there is no need to enter emergency contacts twice. Please do not enter the child's parents/guardians in any of the contact spaces below.
NEW STUDENTS WHO DO NOT ATTEND ANOTHER SCHOOL: Please upload a copy of your child's CURRENT IMMUNIZATION RECORD or a DATED AND NOTARIZED Official Exemption Affidavit from the Texas Department of State Health Services exempting the child from Texas immunization requirements.
If you do not have access to the required document at the time of enrollment, please email a SCANNED copy of the document to registermuschool@fwmsh.org by MAY 15, 2024. (Please do not send a photo of the document or the child's complete medical record from a health portal.)
Please select the classes below in which you wish to enroll your child. Based on availability, children may register for one morning OR afternoon class per topic. (Exception: Junior Curators is a full day class.)
When selecting classes, you are ENROLLING your child in the class(es) that you select and will be invoiced for each class enrolled.
Checking all boxes below are required for admission. The Summer 2024 Parent Handbook can be found on the WEBSITE. Paper documents are available upon request by sending an email to museumschool@fwmsh.org.
Scholarship awards are limited to one morning OR afternoon class per summer per student. Scholarship awards may not be applied toward STEM Squad Lunch Bunch.
