  • SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM. SPRING 2025.

Expression of Interest & Preferences Survey - WRTS Geelong
  • Hi there!

Thank you so much for your interest in our upcoming School Holiday Program for the Spring - September/October School Holidays.

As you will see on the EOI Form, we have made an option for you to select if there is certain days that you are interested in beyond the scheduled days. If you are interested in any additional days, please do let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. We are also offering Community Access around the holiday program hours.

Please note we have had some additional updates to NDIS legislation which have not seemed to effect our Group Programs/Holiday Programs however, there is an importance on the funding categories within your plan. Please see the below categories that are required for our programs:

Core: Group and Centre Based Activities – 04_102_0136_6_1 to 04_106_0136_6_1
Core: Access Community Social and Recreational Activities – 04_102_0125_6_1 to 04_106_0125_6_1
If you are unsure, please contact your NDIS Plan Manager, LAC or Support Coordinator to discuss further. There may be other categories that we can use. Written permission may be requested to use other categories.

Unfortunately, we are unable to use the Capacity Building: Improved Daily Living Skills Funding Budget for our Group Programs.

With the new NDIS Breakdown of charges to group programs, we will no longer be able to quote fixed rate sessions. Pricing for Group Programs is aimed at tailoring individual supports in a group setting but also allowing providers to charge accordingly as per supports. We will be able to give you an estimated cost of each session once you have expressed interest and we have a rough idea of numbers for each session.

UPDATE: We have made some schedule chnages for the program due to lack of demand for some sessions and added requests for other days. If you have selected any days that have been cancelled or added, we will be in touch :)

We cannot wait to see you all again in the holidays!

  • COMBO DAYS!

Our Combo Days run from 9:00am-3:30pm.

Our Combo Days do require children to attend in gym sessions, preferrably for the entire holiday period, before being heading out into the community with us. This is to ensure we know the children and can cater to their needs whilst out in the community.

Combo Days include a 3 hour Session in the gym plus 3 hour Community Excursion, Full Day Excursions are 6.5 hours out of the gym.

All Combo Day sessions will include Activity Based Transport into their invoices for NDIS. There is an additional out of pocket Activity Cost for each session. Out of Pocket fee will vary between activities and will be specified in confirmation emails. Please refer to the informational flyer for out of pocket expenses or reach out to us!

If you are interested in just the Combo Day Excursion (half day or 3 hour session) please do let us know in the comments section below. Depending on availablity, this could be an option these holidays!
