  • Order Edits/Cancellation Policy:

    CHANGES/EDITS:
    You have 1 business day after your order is placed to make changes and edit your order. After 1 business day, this may not be possible or subject to fees:

    • Up to 24 hours (1 business day): no fee
    • 2-3 business days: 25% restocking fee for each changed/removed item
    • >3 business days: no changes and/or edits can be made

    IMPORTANT: estimated lead times begin once the order has been finalized and paid for.  If there are any edits or adjustments made to the order, the lead time resets and starts from the beginning, once the new adjusted order is finalized and paid for.

     
    CANCELLATIONS
    You have 1 business day after your order is placed to cancel your order. After 1 business day, this may not be possible or subject to fees:

    • Up to 24 hours (1 business day): no fee
    • 2-3 business days: 25% restocking fee on entire order
    • > 3 business days: no cancellations, all sales are final
       

    ADDRESS & PHONE # CHANGES

    It is vital that we have your correct, confirmed shipping address and phone number upon checkout. The longer your order is in production, the harder and more costly it is for us to change it. Please note, there may be fees involved and it may not always be successful or possible.

    Any balance that is incurred as a result of sales tax changes will be the responsibility of the customer and is an additional amount to the below fees.

    • Up to 24 hours (business day): No fee
    • Up until the order ships: $30
    • After the order ships: $30 + Possible 'rescue' fee (our carriers will either have to forward the shipment to a new hub OR we will need to send in an alternative carrier to pick up the shipment)
