EQUIPMENT LOANER REQUIREMENTS & INSTRUCTIONS
All requestors signing out LOUD equipment, including the outlined loaner equipment, are subject to the terms and guidelines as outlined in LOUD's Equipment & Software Usage Policy (available in the LOUD portal).
All equipment must be returned to the LOUD Executive team within five days of the requested need by date. Depending on the needs of the respective LOUD Chapters, this timeline may be extended, but only with the approval of the LOUD Executive team. In certain cases, the LOUD Executive team may require for any equipment to be rushed back immediately, so it is important to communicate any needs for equipment in a timely manner.
Requestors will also need to submit a LOUD Equipment Sign-in Return form to sign-in any loaner equipment & to confirm the return of the outlined equipment back to the LOUD Executive team, providing tracking numbers and a equipment condition summary upon completion of the equipment loan.
