• NC Triangle MLS Listing Documents

  • Thank you for your order!

Hi! My name is Nick Huscroft. I am your licensed broker and I am looking forward to working with you to list your property.

Our portal is currently undergoing upgrades.  In the short term we will be using a manual forms process. Thank you for your understanding.

When communicating via email, please include your property street number and street name as the beginning of the subject line for any requests.

OUR TEXT SUPPORT LINE IS OPEN- 330-975-8897

Any additional docs that you need us to have please send to-

    Nick@ChosenRealtyCo.com

Below are links to documents which you will need to complete in order to list your property.

Some questions will require you to pull information from the auditor’s website for the county where your property is listed.

As always, it is very important to have accurate and complete information so the listing can be input without delays. Please note that providing inaccurate information which requires rework may result in additional administrative costs to complete the listing. Once I receive the completed docs, I will have your listing input within 24/hrs.

For rush service, email me to discuss your need and request a payment link.

Thanks again, and I look forward to helping you sell your property!

    Nick
